- Warranty Coverage
1.1. Scope: This warranty covers products purchased on third-party websites, such as Walmart, Amazon, and others, in addition to purchases made directly through Mazevoo.com.
1.2. Duration: The warranty is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
1.3. Covered Items: Our warranty covers the prints for any products. Additionally if the product purchased suffers from any unusual defects or excessive wear within one year, we will provide warranty coverage.
1.4. Exclusions: Standard wear and tear resulting from normal usage is not covered by this warranty. Additionally, please note that our products are not intended for commercial usage, and any damages or defects that occur as a result of commercial use are not covered. Finally, abuse of product is not covered by warranty.
- Warranty Process
2.1. Claims: To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
a. Provide Proof of Purchase: If you purchased the product through a third-party website, please send us a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
b. Submit Photos: Take clear photos of the product clearly showing the defect or excessive wear.
2.2. Claim Submission: Submit your warranty claim by contacting our customer support team. Include the proof of purchase and product photos in your claim submission.
2.3. Evaluation: We will evaluate your claim based on the provided documentation. In rare cases, we may request that you send the product back to us for further evaluation.
2.4. Replacement: Once we process your claim and it is approved, we will send you a replacement item free of charge. Please note that the availability of exact replacements may vary, and we reserve the right to provide a similar item as a replacement if necessary.
- Excessive Warranty Claims
3.1. Discretionary Evaluation: In the event of excessive warranty claims, we may require the customer to send the product to us prior to the disbursement of a replacement item. This evaluation is conducted at our discretion.
