1.2. Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that all tags, labels, and accessories are intact.
1.3. Non-returnable items: Some large orders may not be eligible for return due to their nature or customization. If an order is not eligible for return, we will contact you before shipment to explain any restrictions. You will have the option to cancel the order.
2. Return process and refunds
2.1. Contact us: Contact our customer support team within the specified timeframe. Provide your order details and the reason for your return.
2.2. Return authorization: We will evaluate your eligibility and provide return authorization and instructions, if applicable. Please do not return any items without obtaining authorization from us.
2.3. Return shipping: For non-defective returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.
2.4. Refunds and processing time: For approved returns, we refund the purchase price and the original shipping charge paid. We process returns within 3 days of receiving the returned item. Processing a refund does not mean it will appear in your account immediately; your payment provider may take additional time to post it.
3. Replacement for damaged items
3.1. Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement free of charge.
4. Cancellation of future orders
4.1. Frequent returns: Frequent returns may result in future orders being canceled. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if needed.
