  1. Return Eligibility

1.1. Timeframe: You generally have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us if you would like to initiate a return. After this timeframe, we may not be able to process your return. See section 1.3 for non returnable items. 

1.2. Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please ensure that all tags, labels, and accessories are intact.

1.3. Non-Returnable Items: Some large orders may not be eligible for return due to their nature or customization. In the rare event that a order is not eligible for return, we will contact you prior to shipment to inform you about any restrictions. You will be given the option to cancel the order if desired.

2.1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the specified timeframe. Provide your order details and the reason for the return.

2.2. Return Authorization: Upon receiving your request, we will evaluate your eligibility for a return and provide you with a return authorization, if applicable. Please do not return any items without obtaining a return authorization from us.

2.3. Return Shipping: For non-defective returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. For non-defective returns, Mazevoo LLC may, at our discretion, pay for the return shipping costs.

  1. Replacement for Damaged Items

3.1. Damaged in Transit: We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement free of charge.

  1. Cancellation of Future Orders

4.1. Frequent Returns: Customers who frequently initiate returns may result in future orders being canceled. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if needed.
